Terms of Service

By signing up to HootRewards.com - Great rewards for great people, you are assumed to have read and and agreed to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree you must not signup to our website.
These terms apply to members and advertisers alike.

  1. WORKER TERMS
    1. Passwords are stored and encrypted in an irreversible format in our database. Passwords should be kept safe (do not share it) and we are not liable for any loss of accounts.
    2. Accounts should never be sold or given out to anyone.
    3. You must have +18 years to register for an account and use our services. (you register on our website at your own risk if you lie we can suspend you without any reason)
    4. You are not allowed to create multiple accounts, we allow only 1 account per person, per ip, per household, per device.
    5. Use only personal networks like your mobile internet or home wifi. (do not use public wifi for example: restaurant, bar, work...)
    6. Make sure you have full control of your e-mail address because it's the only way to recover your account. If you lost it means your account is lost too.
    7. Using VPN/PROXY or other tools will results in permanent ban.
    8. You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.
    9. You are not allowed to send unsolicited mail or force anyone to join HootRewards.com - Great rewards for great people as your referral. Any account identified doing such shall be suspended.
    10. You are responsible about referrals activity, make sure you invite only good referrals.
    11. You are not allowed to use any kind of software, application or other kind of automated software to click ads. All accounts will be caught and will be automatically suspended.
    12. Any attempt to hack the system will lead to an automated account suspension.
    13. All abnormal activity is logged and you will be suspended if you are detected to be conducting suspicious activity.
    14. We have 0 tolerance for cheaters - using multiple accounts / VPN / PROXY will results in ban.
    15. All withdrawals are processed through the Faucetpay.
    16. All withdrawals are sent in maximum 24h.
    17. We are not responsible if you enter a wrong withdrawal address.
    18. We will never suspend an account for no reason. Upon suspension of any account, you can create a ticket and we will share the reason.
    19. Accounts suspended will have their balances and purchase balances reset as well having all their referrals taken away and if he has withdrawals in request it will be rejected.
  3. ADVERTISER TERMS
    1. We have a zero-refund policy.
    2. All payments to should be done through our website only by the following methods: Coinbase , Faucetpay, Payeer.
    3. You are not allowed to advertise illegal products and services.
    4. Any member advertising illegal websites or websites that are not allowed may be suspended.
    5. Any refused advertisement will not be elegible for refund, because we reject it because you break the rules.
  5. LIABILITY
    1. We are not liable for damages done due to any acts of God, fire, natural disasters or anything we have no control over.
    2. We are not responsible for any content served through advertisements.
    3. We reserve the right to modify the terms of service at any time without notice.
